NEW... Zervio Master
The Vensafe Zervio Master handles up to 80 different products
and approx. 1600 articles depending on the
product mix. One or two extra dispensers may be added to the
Master to expand capacity. There is also a large storage
compartment in the lower part of the dispenser.
NEW... Vensafe Zervio
Extra
This is also an additional dispenser that must be connected to
the Vensafe Zervio Master. The size and capacity is the same as
for the Zervio Master and doubles the capacity.
NEW... Vensafe Zervio Cool
This is an additional dispenser that
must be connected to the Vensafe Zervio Master. It has a
refrigeration function which will keep the contents in the
dispenser 10 degrees C lower than the ambient temperature.
Perfect for products that require a refrigerated environment
such as colour films, batteries and some non-prescription
medicines.
1) The Vensafe VS 96 MAXX
The dispenser handles up to 96 different products with internal
storage space for a total number of 500-2,000 ready-for-sale
items depending on the product mix.
2) The Vensafe VS 38 Cool
This is an additional dispenser that must be connected to the VS
96 MAXX. It has a refrigeration function which is can be set
between 7-15 degrees C and is used to store products that
require a refrigerated environment.

The cards are the size of a credit card. The front of
each card shows a picture of the actual product, its name and
the number of items in each package. The rear side of the card
features the product barcode – EAN – and a security barcode
unique to each card.
The card itself has no value and cannot be used to retrieve
products from the dispenser until it has been validated in the
validation unit at the cash-register counter. Once the card has
been inserted into the dispenser, it dispenses the corresponding
product. The card is retained until a member of staff replaces
the card in the card-display, ready for re-use.

The displays are a system of racks developed by
Vensafe to maximize product exposure.
They are available in various sizes and shapes and vary from
market to market depending on local market needs. The displays
can be placed almost anywhere in the store.
The most common type of display is a free-standing steel frame,
the width and depth of which can be adjusted by a simple screw
mechanism. Another variant is also supplied with a metal grid
frame at the back.
Different sized PVC cardholders are then clipped easily onto the
frame or the metal grid in various combinations according to the
number of products to be displayed.
The entire rack is displayed in the shop as required by the
retailer; beside the conveyor belt at the check-out lane, in
front of the check-out lane or at any other convenient location
in the store.
The standard solutions supply either 70 or 80 product cards, but
customised solutions can also be provided.
Another possibility is to display the product cards
at their expected location, within the respective product
category. Then smaller display solutions that can be added to
existing rack constructions are preferable.

Separate card reader provided by Vensafe:
The card reader is installed at every cash register. The cashier
swipes the product card to validate it and then registers the
sale on the cash-register equipment.
Ethernet interface which utilises current store scanners to
populate the product cards:
Vensafe provides software that communicates with the store
Ethernet system - the barcode of the card is scanned and entered
directly into the cash register just like any other article.
